Job summary

Rockwear in Miranda, Sydney, seeks a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, drive sales targets and implement the visual merchandising strategy to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will foster brand standards, manage stock, and motivate the team to exceed store budgets while upholding Rockwear values and customer focus.

Qualifications

The Role

As our store manager you will coach, develop and guide team members in your store to deliver exceptional customer service to create a lasting impression.

The key aspects of your role will involve:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
• Driving sales and customer excellence
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and ensure their career goals are being achieved
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Lead and deliver effective stock management

The Ideal Candidate

• Have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience, retail sales and fashion
• Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
• Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
