Job summary

Rockwear in Mackay is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in activewear retail. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage stock, and execute brand standards daily to maximise store performance.

You will inspire the team, lead by example, and ensure KPI targets are met while upholding Rockwear values and fashion-forward merchandising across the store.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify solutions to improve engagement, customer satisfaction and results.
• Drive sales and customer excellence across the store.
• Coach and mentor team members in product knowledge, sales techniques and service.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards.
• Lead stock management and store operations.

The Role

The key aspects of your role will involve:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
• Driving sales and customer excellence
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and ensure their career goals are being achieved
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Lead and deliver effective stock management
