Job summary

Supagas Rockhampton is seeking a Branch Manager to own branch performance, safety, compliance and profitability. You will lead operations, logistics, stock, and drive local sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires a confident leader who can balance people management with safety, budgets and commercial performance. A forklift and Truck Licence are advantageous; pre-employment medical may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including logistics, fleet, stock control and site compliance.
• Motivate, lead and direct branch staff, creating a positive culture and working environment.
• Recruit, select, train and manage the Branch Team.
• Ensure effective scheduling of driver runs and vehicle maintenance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and drive local sales growth while meeting sales budgets.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and compliance standards are met.
• Plan for growth and drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
