The NRMA is hiring an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for roadside assistance calls. You’ll help members feel safe, supported, and back on the road quickly, while upholding quality standards and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles or call centers.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high‑volume situations.
