Job summary

Australian Motoring Services in Noble Park, VIC, is seeking casual Customer Service Consultants to join our Customer Operations team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with breakdowns, roadside incidents, and mobility challenges, delivering calm and practical support.

You’ll coordinate roadside assistance, assist after vehicle collisions, and provide empathetic service while navigating multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and navigating multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
