Job summary

Club Assist, part of the Australian Motoring Services Group, provides trusted roadside support across the Sunshine Coast. You will be the friendly face delivering mechanical expertise and customer service to members and customers.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll diagnose roadside issues, install batteries when needed, and promote services with professionalism. A valid QLD driver’s license and a commitment to safety underpin every interaction.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence.
• Weekend or evening availability.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Commitment to health, safety and environment standards.
• Battery/auto electrical knowledge preferred.

• Give trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers

• Work to policies and processes, including ensuring financial and administrative records are kept up to date
• Work safely at all times, taking into account the health and safety of yourself and others
• Ensure cleanliness and working order of all company vehicles, facilities, tools, equipment and uniforms, and report any faults or damage

Job description

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll provide professional, supportive roadside assistance to members and customers of Australia's leading motoring clubs as part of Club Assist — part of the Australian Motoring Services Group. You'll be the friendly face delivering trusted mechanical support and customer service.

Key responsibilities

Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside, and sell and install batteries, as required

Give trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers

Deliver and promote services efficiently and professionally

Work to policies and processes, including ensuring financial and administrative records are kept up to date

Work safely at all times, taking into account the health and safety of yourself and others

Ensure cleanliness and working order of all company vehicles, facilities, tools, equipment and uniforms, and report any faults or damage

About you

You hold an unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence

You're highly trustworthy and reliable, with a can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right

You genuinely care about helping people and providing excellent customer service

Ideally, you bring Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge

You're available for weekend or evening work

You're reliable, organised and punctual, with strong attention to detail

You're committed to upholding Health, Safety and Environment standards
