Job summary

Club Assist, part of the Australian Motoring Services Group, seeks an auto electrician or mechanic to provide friendly roadside diagnostics, battery sales and installation, and trusted mechanical advice to members and customers across our nationwide network. You’ll be on the road, delivering services professionally while keeping records and vehicle readiness up to date.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work autonomously on the road
• Capable of providing safe, professional roadside assistance
• Experience with battery and electrical systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside diagnostics to vehicles
• Sell and install batteries as required
• Offer trusted mechanical advice to customers
• Deliver and promote services professionally
• Follow policies and maintain up-to-date records
• Work safely and maintain vehicle/gear cleanliness
