Job summary

Club Assist, part of the Australian Motoring Services Group, is seeking a frontline roadside assistant to diagnose vehicles on the road, install batteries when required, and offer trusted mechanical advice to customers. You’ll promote services, maintain records, and uphold safety standards while keeping equipment and vehicles in top condition.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with a focus on service quality and care for customers.
• Unrestricted NT Driver’s Licence is required.
• Willingness to work weekend or evening shifts.
• Proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and to following Health, Safety & Environment standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostics to vehicles at roadside and install batteries as needed.
• Give trusted mechanical advice and promote services.
• Deliver and promote Club Assist offerings professionally.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records per policy.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment and uniforms clean and in good order.
• Work safely at all times and report faults or damage.

In this role, you’ll be the hero of someone’s bad day. As the friendly face of Club Assist — part of the Australian Motoring Services Group — you’ll provide professional, supportive roadside assistance to members and customers of Australia’s leading motoring clubs.

Backed by an excellent support network, you’ll:

• provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside, and sell and install batteries, as required
• give trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers
• deliver and promote our services efficiently and professionally
• work to our policies and processes, including ensuring your financial and administrative records are kept up to date
• work safely at all times, taking into account the health and safety of yourself and others
• ensure cleanliness and working order of all company vehicles, facilities, tools, equipment and uniforms, and report any faults or damage

• You’re highly trustworthy and reliable, with a can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right
• You hold an unrestricted NT Driver’s Licence

• You’re available for weekend or evening work
