Job summary

City of Moreton Bay Labourer Operations in Narangba is a permanent full-time position, working a 76-hour fortnight across 4 days (Tue-Fri, 6:00am–4:00pm) with a 12-month trial.

You’ll contribute to road and drainage maintenance alongside a Crew Leader, perform hands-on tasks safely, and support planned and reactive works to keep civil infrastructure in good condition. A MR truck licence and Construction Induction Card are required.

Qualifications

• knowledge and physical capability to perform manual tasks safely.
• recent experience in a manual or labour intensive role.
• experience working on civil infrastructure.
• good communication skills and a team oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• support planned and reactive maintenance across road and drainage networks.
• assist with pathway, kerb, stormwater maintenance and repairs.
• maintain safety and tidiness in designated areas.
• work alongside Crew Leader to maintain Council assets.
