Moreton Bay Regional Council in Narangba is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise civil maintenance on the roads and drains network. You will lead a labourer, coordinate day-to-day tasks, identify materials, and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

This permanent full-time role offers the 9-day fortnight, a structured crew leader framework with potential progression to Level 8, and benefits including salary packaging, study opportunities and health programs.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in civil infrastructure maintenance or construction with lead/supervisory tasks.
• Ability to coordinate day-to-day activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain licences within 6 months if required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance tasks on roads and drains and allocate materials.
• Identify asset defects and implement practical maintenance solutions.
• Ensure designated areas are safe, tidy and well maintained; support planned and reactive maintenance.
• Use Council systems to manage work orders and maintain records.
• Ensure plant and equipment are used safely and in compliance with safety requirements.
