Job summary

Randstad is seeking reliable Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members in New South Wales, Australia. You will operate bitumen spray trucks, spreaders and rollers, lay aggregates, and handle surface prep while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have proven road spray sealing experience, a valid MR/HR/HC licence, and a White Card. Availability for over 40 hours weekly with overtime is expected, with travel allowances offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations.
• Must hold a valid MR/HR/HC driver's licence (preferred).
• White Card holder required.
• Asbestos silica awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders and rollers.
• Lay and spread aggregates on road sites and perform surface prep.
• Conduct daily safety checks and routine equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to site safety plans and environmental guidelines.
