• Provide day-to-day guidance, training and supervision.
• Monitor progress, report variations and manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and quality standards.
• Lead toolbox talks and drive a positive safety culture.
• Liaise with stakeholders and supervise administrative tasks.
