Ballina Shire Council is seeking a hands-on Construction Officer for the Road Construction team on the Far North Coast of New South Wales. You will help deliver community infrastructure and perform a range of labouring duties across roads, footpaths, cycleways, drainage and related assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of and/or experience in general construction and maintenance duties for roads and roadsides.
• Ability to perform a range of physical labouring duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of road construction and maintenance projects including roads, footpaths, cycleways and drainage.
• Contribute to kerb and guttering, sign installation and bridge structures as part of Engineering Works.
