Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
• Minimum 2 years’ RN experience in residential aged care.
• Experience with dementia and palliative care is desirable.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems on the spot.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills in fast-paced setting.
• Team player aligned with BEST values (Believe, Excel, Support, Trust).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents and support families.
• Lead and mentor Enrolled Nurses and care staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
• Support complex care needs including wound, catheter, and syringe-driver management.
• Promote safe medication management and escalation of clinical deterioration.
