Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited is looking for a permanent part-time Registered Nurse to support residents in a residential aged care setting in Victoria. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents with complex needs, including dementia and palliative conditions, while guiding nursing staff and coordinating medications.

The role emphasises teamwork, safe practice and adherence to BEST values. Part-time evening shifts are available, with a supportive, not-for-profit work culture.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (Div 1).
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in residential aged care.
• Experience in dementia care and palliative care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs.
• Lead and mentor Enrolled Nurses and care staff; ensure safe medication management.
• Deliver person-centred care and support families, with respect for culture and individual needs.
