Beautiful Minds Therapy Support in Mackay, Queensland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee clinical care for NDIS participants and community-based supports. You will work with Behaviour Support Practitioners, Disability Support Workers and families to ensure safe, person-centred care across SIL, community nursing and complex care.

Formación

• Current RN registration with AHPRA and eligibility to practice in Queensland.
• Experience in nursing, disability services, community health or complex care.
• Knowledge of medication management and safe clinical practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of person-centred care and participant rights.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing assessments and develop care plans for participants.
• Provide clinical oversight for high‑intensity support needs.
• Coordinate care with GPs, specialists and allied health.
• Lead staff training and maintain clinical documentation.
• Ensure NDIS and clinical governance compliance.
• Monitor health changes and respond to deterioration.
• Support safe medication administration and reporting.
