Job summary

Comprehensive Care Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and coordinate health supports for NDIS participants and community clients across the Hunter Region, including Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and surrounding areas.

You will work with participants, families, carers, and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is essential.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and health reviews.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centred care plans.
• Administer and monitor medications safely.
• Provide community nursing services and clinical interventions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
