Job summary

Phytech Australia is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Riverina region, based around Griffith. You will own the region, split between winning new business and advising growers with data-driven agronomic insights, not a call-centre sales role.

You’ll work on-farm, engage with growers face-to-face, and travel regionally to support and grow our customer base. You’ll be a hands-on agronomy and data-driven advisor with a self-starting mindset, capable of communicating clearly, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of horticultural irrigation experience (operation, maintenance or design).
• Strong agronomy knowledge.
• Ability to learn quickly, think analytically and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously from home or office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the Riverina region through referrals and regional knowledge.
• Provide agronomic support and training to existing clients on-farm or remotely (phone/Zoom).
• Interpret plant and environmental sensor data to offer evidence-based recommendations.
• Travel regularly across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
