AGL Energy is seeking a senior professional to lead site risk management, compliance, assurance, SOCI and physical security programs. You will support risk-informed decisions, ensure regulatory obligations, bolster resilience, and foster continuous improvement across the site.

You will guide risk assessments, reporting, and governance while managing a team of specialists and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive improvements.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in risk, compliance, assurance, audit or security.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and governance.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site's risk management framework and its ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate risk assessments, maintain risk registers and reporting.
• Drive compliance and governance activities across the site.
• Oversee assurance and audit programs.
• Coordinate SOCI and critical infrastructure obligations.
• Provide oversight of physical security governance and improvements.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership forums.
• Lead and develop a team of specialists.
