Zusammenfassung

AGL is seeking an experienced leader to head site risk management, compliance, assurance, SOCI and physical security programs. You will support risk-informed decisions, meet regulatory obligations, strengthen resilience and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will oversee risk frameworks, risk registers, audits and governance activities, coordinating SOCI and critical infrastructure obligations while leading a team of specialists in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Risk Assurance and Business Services, you'll lead the site's risk management, compliance, assurance, SOCI and physical security programs. You'll play a critical role in supporting risk-informed decision making, ensuring regulatory obligations are met, strengthening operational resilience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
