Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Risk Manager in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will identify and assess risks, supporting the business with solutions and optimising risk management and GRC systems to align with strategic objectives.

We require a Commerce or Risk Management degree and at least five years of risk management experience, preferably in large organisations with ERM/GRC exposure. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Risk Management.
• Experience in corporate risk/assurance roles within large organisations; familiarity with ERM/GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk assessment workshops and identify risks and controls.
• Deliver timely, accurate risk reports to management and boards.
• Operate, enhance and analyze data across the risk GRC system.
• Contribute to the ongoing maturity of risk governance frameworks, policies and supporting processes across Dexus.
