Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Risk Manager to partner with the business to identify and assess risks and provide solutions across the organisation. The role involves overseeing Line 2 risk management and enhancing GRC/ERM platforms to support strategy.

We are looking for a risk professional with a Commerce or related degree and at least five years' experience in corporate risk within large companies. A hybrid work model is offered with attention to wellbeing and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Commerce, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in Risk Management in large/complex organisations.
• Experience with corporate risk, assurance or GRC platforms is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to identify, assess and manage risks across Dexus.
• Facilitate risk governance processes, reporting to management and boards.
• Oversee Line 2 risk management and support ERM/GRC system enhancements.
