Kinetic IT seeks a Risk Manager embedded onsite within a Federal Government customer environment in Canberra. You will own the Risk Management Plan and central Risk Register, ensuring risks are understood, actively managed and kept within tolerance levels.

You will work across Helpdesk and Infrastructure services, coordinating with Account Executive, Information Security Manager and Service Delivery Managers to maintain a clear risk position across the ICT landscape.

Competenze

• Active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2) is required.
• Experience owning Risk Management Plans and central Risk Registers within a regulated service environment.
• Experience in complex ICT service environments, esp. Helpdesk and Infrastructure services.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, treat, monitor and report risks across domains.
• Proven stakeholder management across executive, security, commercial and delivery teams.

As an enterprise and organisational Risk Manager embedded onsite within one of Kinetic IT’s Federal Government customer environments in Canberra, you’ll own the Risk Management Plan and central Risk Register supporting Helpdesk and Infrastructure services. Working closely with the Account Executive, Information Security Manager, Contract Manager and Service Delivery Managers, you’ll ensure risks are clearly understood, actively managed and maintained within agreed tolerance levels.

Your focus will span service delivery, technical, project, commercial, reputational and information security risks across a complex ICT environment. You’ll identify, assess, manage and report risks, develop effective treatments, and work closely with counterparts within the customer environment, other suppliers and Kinetic IT to maintain a clear, coordinated view of the overall risk position.

What we’re looking for?

• Must hold an active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2)
• Proven experience owning and maintaining Risk Management Plans and central Risk Registers within a complex, regulated service environment
• Essential experience working within complex ICT service environments, particularly across Helpdesk and Infrastructure services, with strong knowledge of technical risk, service resilience, information security and supplier dependencies
• Strong capability in identifying, assessing, treating, monitoring and reporting service delivery, technical, project, commercial, reputational and information security risks
• Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice, clearly communicate the overall risk position and support stakeholders to maintain risks within agreed tolerance levels
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across executive, security, commercial and service delivery teams, customers and delivery partners
