Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney is seeking a Senior Risk Governance Officer on a 2-year max term. You will support governance maturity, coordinate forward agendas and prepare minutes for executives, boards and regulators.

The role contributes to the risk transformation program and reports to the Risk Governance Manager. The ideal candidate brings committee secretariat experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and excellent planning, communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in company secretariat, committee secretariat or risk governance.
• Experience working with Executive Leadership or Senior Leadership teams.
• Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong planning, deadlines and detail orientation.
• Clear oral, written and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Governance Manager in maturing governance practices.
• Set up and maintain Forward Agendas for committees and reporting.
• Prepare agendas/minutes for Executives, Board and Regulators.
• Review and maintain committee Terms of Reference.
• Manage actions from committees and support risk transformation work.
