Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join a centre of governance excellence. You will deliver high-quality board papers, governance services, and regulatory compliance support across ASX Group entities.

In this role, you will collaborate with Boards, senior management, and regulators, driving continuous improvement and training, while building strong internal and external networks in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance and governance processes.
• Knowledge of corporations act and ASX Listing Rules.
• Ability to work independently with strong professional judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for directors and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality governance services and board papers.
• Support compliance with statutory and listing obligations.
• Coordinate boards, committees, and education programs for directors.
• Prepare and review board and committee papers and presentations.
• Develop governance resources and strengthen internal/external networks.
