Job summary

QLeave in Brisbane is seeking a Manager Risk and Enterprise Assurance to lead a multidisciplinary team and advance the organisation's risk maturity. You will oversee risk management, assurance, business continuity and fraud prevention, delivering trusted guidance to the Board and executives.

With a focus on embedding a proactive risk-informed culture, you will drive governance, resilience and strategic advisory across the organisation, ensuring robust controls and effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise risk management, assurance, governance or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, internal controls, assurance, business continuity and fraud control in public sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to lead specialist teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Qualifications in risk management, governance or audit are favoured.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve QLeave's enterprise risk management framework, systems, policies and reporting.
• Lead the delivery of enterprise risk activities and risk reporting across the organisation.
• Oversee internal audit and fraud and corruption control activities with strong governance and controls.
• Lead business continuity and organisational resilience initiatives to ensure preparedness.
• Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement to support informed decision making.
