• Experience leading enterprise risk management, assurance, or governance functions in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, assurance practices, and fraud prevention.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders with clear, concise advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature QLeave's enterprise risk management framework, policies and reporting.
• Oversee risk, assurance, business continuity and fraud prevention activities.
• Provide strategic risk advice to Executive, committees and the Board.
• Embed a proactive risk-informed culture across the organisation.
• Support governance and resilience through robust controls and resilient planning.
