Rip Curl Bondi Junction is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire the in-store team. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards across the shop floor.

You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and foster a positive team culture while upholding Rip Curl’s values and customer-first approach in a busy Sydney location.

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and store operations skills.
• Customer focus and store presentation excellence.
• Proactive and leads by example on the shop floor.
