Rip Curl Brisbane International Airport is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to set the standard on the floor and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll thrive by inspiring others, coaching for improvement, staying organised, and taking pride in the store, the brand, and the customer journey.

• Step up and take the lead when needed — setting the tone on the floor
• Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other
• Help create a store people want to be part of — not just shop in
• Keep things moving day to day — from people to performance to store operations and standards
• Training will commence late November for the new store to open early December
• Store trading hours 5am until midnight
