Rip Curl Uni Hill DFO is opening a new store and we're looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead the way and step in late October 2026.

You will support the Store Manager, coach the crew, and help create a store people want to be part of while maintaining brand standards and delivering a great in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team preferred.
• Strong organisation and on-floor leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
