Job summary

Rip Curl Torquay Flagship seeks a full-time 3IC to lead the crew and keep the store running strong. You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold store standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll contribute to a high-energy culture, supporting the Store Manager and driving results. This role offers growth across retail and the broader business with a brand that prioritises people and planet.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in delivering great in-store guest experiences.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the Rip Curl brand and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead the crew on the floor.
• Step in as 3IC to set the tone on shift.
