Job summary
GWH is seeking a skilled Rigger/Welder to join our site installation crew across industrial, commercial, and high-rise residential projects. You will be responsible for safe installation of structural steel and precast elements and carry out on-site welding.

Qualifications
- Intermediate rigging licence and white card are required.
- Demonstrated structural steel welding experience in construction or installation.
- EWP licence and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport.
- Ability to work safely in fast-paced projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience across industrial, commercial, and high-rise residential construction.
Responsibilities
- Rig and install structural steel members and precast panels per drawings.
- Select and use lifting gear safely; coordinate with crane operators.
- Read engineering drawings and lifting plans; follow safety procedures.
- Perform MMAW and MIG welding on structural connections.
- Inspect welds and ensure quality before handover; maintain equipment.
