Job summary

Pacific Steel Constructions – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Rigger for on-site fabrication, welding, and rigging duties. You will work as part of a professional team, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

The role requires a trade qualification, rigging experience, ability to read drawings, and a valid White Card and driver's licence. You will operate around heavy machinery and contribute to site-based repairs and installations.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Welder or equivalent.
• Previous rigging and site experience.
• White Card and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read drawings and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Boilermaking, fabrication and structural steel work.
• Welding and general maintenance.
• Rigging, lifting and positioning of equipment and materials.
• Reading and interpreting drawings.
• Installation and site-based repairs.
• Working safely around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Following site procedures, SWMS and safety requirements.

About you

• Current rigging tickets/licences highly regarded
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
