Job summary

Macweld Fabrications Pty Ltd in Mortdale NSW is seeking an experienced Steel Installer to oversee structural steel installation works across multiple site projects. You will coordinate site activities, manage installation crews, and ensure all work is completed safely and to project specifications.

The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years’ experience in structural steel installation, a strong understanding of erection, welding, rigging and bolting, and the ability to read detailed drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural steel installation.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed structural and shop drawings.
• Proven leadership and on-site supervision skills.
• Commitment to WHS and safety on site.
• Willingness to assist in workshop fabrication when required.

Responsibilities
