Job summary

Housing Trust in Coniston, NSW is seeking an Accounts Officer – Revenue and Reporting to support the Finance Team with accurate processing, reporting and customer-focused administration.

You'll manage monthly tenant charges, rebates and service requests, assist with bank reconciliations and end-of-month reporting, and help drive improvements in financial operations while delivering excellent stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• Tertiary accounting qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly tenant water charges and respond to enquiries.
• Process tenant refunds, recoupments and service requests.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and accounts analysis.
• Support end-of-month reporting and audit preparation.
• Monitor and action the finance inbox.
• Assist staff, tenants and suppliers with account-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and electronic filing systems.
• Support contractor compliance administration.
• Contribute to process improvements across finance operations.
