Job summary

Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Manager to own revenue, pricing, and distribution across our resort offerings including accommodation, hot springs, day spa and experiences.

You will drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR by optimizing direct bookings, OTAs and channel strategies, while collaborating with operations and commercial teams to maximise guest revenue across the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort, tourism, reservations, revenue management or distribution.
• Understanding of OTAs, channel managers, booking engines and PMS systems.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail with rates, inventory and booking information.
• Experience with distribution systems like SiteMinder or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accommodation inventory, rate parity, availability and booking pace across channels.
• Loading and maintaining rates, packages, promotions and tactical offers.
• Managing accommodation & ticketed experiences OTAs, booking engine, channel manager and distribution system administration.
• Reviewing competitor activity, pickup, occupancy trends and channel performance.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly revenue and distribution reports.
• Supporting forecasting, budget tracking and commercial decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to grow direct bookings and reduce distribution costs.
• Managing group, retreat, trade and wholesale booking administration.
• Communicating occupancy forecasts, group activity and booking changes to operational teams.
