Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is recruiting a Revenue Manager to lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies for Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, with portfolio support across Mindil Beach, Lizard Island, BEST Blacktown, and Pinewood Lodge.

The role combines commercial strategy with data-driven decision making, working alongside operations, sales, and marketing teams to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-to-insight ability.
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS, GDS, CRS) and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio, with Mindil Beach Casino Resort as primary.
• Develop and implement room revenue/pricing/inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage room rates and inventory across PMS, channels, and OTAs.
• Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights for decision making.
• Partner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive performance.
• Support hotel leadership with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendations.
