Taronga Zoo in Sydney is seeking a Finance Officer - Revenue to join our Finance team. The role focuses on accurate revenue collection, accounts receivable and maintaining debtors records, supporting the integrity of financial information.

You will manage invoicing, follow up on payments, process refunds, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning with safety and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using revenue/point-of-sale and accounting systems.
• Qualification in accounting or finance discipline or equivalent knowledge/experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage preparation and coordination of customer invoicing ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
• Distribute debtor statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process refunds to customers across multiple revenue systems.
• Manage the AR mailbox and ensure timely, accurate responses for customer service.
• Adhere to policies including health and safety and promote environmentally responsible practices.
