Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a Returns Officer to manage returned products from intake to disposition in a fast-paced warehouse setting in Canning Vale, WA. The role focuses on accurate assessment, documentation and processing of returns, including battery safety considerations and stock updates.

The position is a Casual/Full-time site role with a Monday to Friday roster, offering hands-on work and opportunities to advance in warehouse and inventory functions.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and familiarity with returns processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess and process returned products.
• Record serial numbers, batch info, photos and test results.
• Return approved items to inventory and storage locations.
• Identify recoverable components for reuse or repair.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and stock movements.
• Safely dispose of damaged items and maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle returns-related emails and escalate quality issues.
