Job summary

Doutta Galla Aged Care is seeking an Injury Management and Wellbeing Advisor for a permanent part-time role based in Footscray, moving to West Melbourne. You will lead early intervention injury management, coordinate return to work processes and manage workers' compensation administration.

You will partner with managers, deliver safety guidance, administer the incident management system and support risk, OHS & Wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement early intervention injury management
• Able to support managers in injury management processes

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention injury management principles
• Coordinate end-to-end workers' compensation processes
• Provide safety and wellbeing guidance to managers and staff
• Maintain the incident management system
• Assist with risk management and incident investigations
• Participate in safety audits and committees
