Job summary

Doutta Galla is seeking an Injury Management and Wellbeing Advisor to drive early intervention injury management, coordinate return to work, and manage workers' compensation processes. This permanent part-time role (three days/week) is based in Footscray, with a move to West Melbourne.

You will support managers, deliver health and safety guidance, conduct risk assessments and inspections, and help shape program delivery in a not-for-profit aged care organisation dedicated to safe, sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience in RTW management and injury management procedures.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention injury management principles to achieve best practice outcomes.
• Support managers in the injury management process.
• Manage end-to-end workers' compensation processes with agents.
• Provide health, safety and wellbeing advice to managers and staff.
• Maintain and administer the incident management system.
• Assist with risk management activities and incident investigations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and audits.
• Contribute to health and safety program delivery.
