MediRecruit is partnered with a leading national workplace rehabilitation provider to recruit a Rehabilitation Consultant in Toowoomba, QLD. You will manage a caseload from assessment through return to work, applying your injury recovery knowledge and coordinating with employers, insurers and treating practitioners.

The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate allied health degree with AHPRA or ESSA registration, have at least 1 year of allied health experience, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate allied health degree with AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• At least 1 year of allied health experience.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation and case management.
• Experience writing reports to deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of workplace rehabilitation and injury management cases from assessment through return to work.
• Apply injury recovery knowledge to strategies that support a safe, durable return to work.
• Use sound clinical reasoning in assessments and case management decisions.
• Build relationships with injured workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners.
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports that meet client, scheme and legislative requirements.
• Meet service standards, reporting timeframes and return-to-work targets.
