Job summary

Rehab Management in Maitland is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio or Registered Nurse) for a permanent full-time role. You will facilitate return-to-work for injured workers and coordinate with doctors, employers and insurers to achieve timely, safe recoveries.

Based in Maitland, you will visit workplaces weekly, manage complex cases, provide clinical opinions through reporting, and contribute innovative rehab practices within the Arriba Group.

Qualifications

• AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• Tertiary qualification in OT, Physiotherapy, Nursing or Exercise Physiology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure best recovery outcomes for clients.
• Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
• Attend workplaces weekly and learn job demands to support safe return to work.
• Educate workplaces on managing and preventing injuries.
• Build relationships with health professionals, employers and insurers to drive outcomes.
