Zusammenfassung

Arriba Group's Rehab Management team is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT/EP/Physio/RN) to facilitate return-to-work for injured workers. You will liaise with doctors, specialists and employers, producing clear clinical opinions and targeted reports.

The role involves visiting multiple workplaces weekly, understanding job demands, and guiding recovery plans while emphasising stakeholder collaboration and patient-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA or ESSA registration is required.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Registered Nursing or Exercise Physiology.
• Strong communication and report writing skills with a client-centred focus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with multiple parties.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for clients.
• Provide clinical opinions and justification through detailed report writing.
• Attend workplaces weekly to understand job demands and support safe return to work.
• Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention strategies.
• Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes.
