Job summary

Arriba Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Reg. Nurse) to support complex rehabilitation plans from Maitland, NSW.

You will collaborate with Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals to achieve the best recovery outcomes and justify recommendations with clear clinical reports. Weekly workplace visits help you understand job demands for safe return to work, while educating teams on injury prevention.

Qualifications

• AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing or Exercise Physiology.
• Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals to optimise recovery outcomes.
• Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
• Attend diverse workplaces weekly to understand job demands for safe return to work.
• Educate workplaces on preventing workplace injuries.
• Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
