Job summary

WorkFocus Australia is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. You will help clients regain independence and achieve goals in life and work, with strong focus on customer care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree qualification with full accreditation in one of the listed allied health professions.
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver's licence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service.
• Punctuality and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers.
• Design/implement/monitor RTW programs for injured workers to return to work.
• Carry out ADL, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes.
• Develop strategies to progress files and meet RTW benchmarks with minimal costs.
• Design and monitor programs that help injured employees return to the workforce.
