Job summary

Kairros is seeking a Rehab Consultant with a professional background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology to join our Occupational Rehabilitation team on the Central Coast and Newcastle region.

You'll deliver tailored services to workers with injury or illness, supporting their return to health and meaningful work participation. Join a collaborative, supportive team with mentoring and flexible day structure.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Strong interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills.
• Empathy and resilience to support recovery and return-to-work goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Worksite Assessments, ergonomic assessments and functional capacity evaluations.
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers and healthcare professionals across workers compensation, CTP, Comcare and employer-funded programs.
• Develop and implement tailored graded return-to-work plans and education programs.
• Liaise with treating parties to support clients’ healthy and sustainable recovery and work participation.
