Job summary

Kairros is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver vocational assessments, counselling and return-to-work planning for clients with injury, illness or disability in NSW. This role supports workers to regain independence and productivity.

You will liaise with clients, insurers and employers, identify RTW barriers, design and monitor rehabilitation programs, and travel as needed. Full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current full registration in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology or Speech Pathology as applicable.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Vocational Assessments to identify return-to-work options.
• Provide Vocational Counselling and case management.
• Identify RTW barriers and design/monitor rehabilitation programs.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes.
• Travel to sites to support injured employees in returning to work.
