Job summary

Konekt is a leading workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention provider in Australia seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to deliver workplace rehab and prevention solutions.

In this role you will assess needs, plan case management, support return-to-work and engage with stakeholders to meet business objectives. AHPRA/ESSA registration and WWC are required.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA and ESSA (AEP)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check on successful application

Responsibilities

• Utilise specialist knowledge to assist people to return to meaningful occupation
• Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs after work-related or other injuries
• Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills and qualifications
• Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite or daily living assessments
• Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor return-to-work progress
• Engage with stakeholders to support business objectives
