Job summary

Arriba Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our NSW team in Sydney CBD. This permanent, full-time role focuses on helping injured workers return to work through case management and collaborative planning.

You will conduct assessments, deliver counselling, and liaise with doctors, health professionals, employers and insurers to design graduated return-to-work plans and monitor progress. Registration with AHPRA or ASORC is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
• Registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
• Experience in rehabilitation and return-to-work processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate return-to-work process for injured workers.
• Case manage complex files and liaise with stakeholders.
• Visit workplaces to assess challenges and educate employers on health benefits of good work.
• Collaborate with health professionals, insurers and employers to drive outcomes.
